Best Chocolate blog E V E R.

I love chocolate more than I love my left eye.
Yes, I love chocolate THAT much.
I love having chocolate in everything, I supposedly even had chocolate in my tortilla once.
Chocolate is the best snack ever, it doesn't crumble like other snacks does. And that's why it's PERFECT to eat while reading! (actually, chocolate is perfect for every occasion...)

I stumbled upon this blog a few months back and it have SAVED my life. She makes the best chocolate receipts, for breakfast, lunch and dessert. And the best part? All her receipts are  healthy. Yep you read that right. I'm going to show you guys some pictures now from her blog.

banana split oats!

okey, these oats... man, they are good. they taste like these fried banana split that you can buy at china restaurant's, and I love banana split! I made these banana split oats out of an accident, they were supposed to be vanilla oats but tasted more like banana split

you will need
1dl rolled oats
½ dl milk
½ vanilla yoghurt
2 teasp vanilla sugar
½ teasp vanilla extract (optional)
1 yellow/brown mushed banana

mix everything together in a sauce pan, put on heat and stir occasionally. I like to top mine of with 2 squares of 70% cocoa chocolate (it will melt) and some milk, because I don't like to eat dry food.

progress!!

today I increased my weights at leg press with 20kg! (60kg) and seated leg curl with 10 kg (30kg) Im so proud of myself. I remember when I started going to the gym, I pushed 30kg, and now I have doubled that amount which Im super glad over. I tried 70 but my body is to light weighted, I end up pushing myself up and not the kilos down :')

Berry wip Receipt!

It's been easter and easter comes with lots of eastercandy. That's why I decided to make a healthy dessert for 7 people today! Doesn't hurt to make others have a healthy desert aye?

For 7 people
5dl cream that you wisp yourself.

No added sugar, just natural proteins and natural fat. Natural fat makes you feel full for a longer time than normal food.

4-5dl berries of choice

+ qlt
3 teaspoons kakao
Wisp the cream until its "formable" meaning you can draw patterns on the cream. That's when it's done. If you wan't, add some kakao in the cream before wipping.
Put in small bowls and add the berries! Super tasty

as you guys might know I have started with a healthier lifestyle because I wan't to live for more than 20 years  lol... But staying away from my biggest weakness have been HARD, really hard, and just junk food and deserts in general. 
what I do when I feel the craving is that I eat healthier meals instead. I eat until im full and when you are full your stomach is satisfied and you don't feel that craving anymore. this have lead to me eating more, but at least It's good for my system and I know that the food is helping my body instead of breaking it down, like chocolate would do... I do however have "eat what I wan't" days between late friday and sunday, but I eat small portions of sugar between the days, I wouldn't be able to have just one day where I eat whatever I wan't, what would happen then is that I would eat excessively much :D

I have about ½ tablespon of honey that I mix with 4 -5 drops of
hot water. Then I just drizzle the liquid over. 
had this 5 sec ago, orange, frozen raspberries, 70% cocoa chocolate and
coconut flakes!

banana 
in the bowl: grapes, avocado, and PB.
I usually don't drink juice but we didn't have anything else ;(
yoghurt, flakes, banana and coconut flakes, green tea and a sandwich!

my favorite meal!
2 eggs, caviar (im from Sweden, we love caviar) sallad, cottage cheese
and 2 slices of ham!

healthy chocolate balls

I have a friend named Elin (that sounded weird...) she runs the most awesome training/food blog (in swedish) that I have ever come across. She have been killing me, telling me I haaaaave to try her chocolate balls with dates (it's a fruit) and i was like, ok, they are clean so why not, BUT, when I tried to find the receipt at her blog it had mysteriously disappeared. however I found another receipt at her blog, if you can read Swedish you should check out her blog, click here to come to her blog!

you will need
2/3 dl cottage cheese
1 ½ dl oatmeal
2 tablespoons of raw cocoa
1 tablespoon of honey
6 dates
2 tablespoons of coffee 
mix everything and roll small balls. then coat them in coconut flakes, but them in the fridge for about 20 minutes and you are done!

Im knocked up

... with food. you guys should see me, my belly is so huge after all the food I ate during the last 3 hours, it's like I'm in my third month of pregnancy.
I ate 2 eggs, cottage cheese, ham and a side salad. then 20 minutes later I baked some healthy chocolate balls and they were NAAAASTY, waaah, but I will have to eat them anyway, otherwise my mum will kill me for wasting food, and then after that I had a bowl with a mashed banana, coconut flakes and peanut butter, and last but def. not least I had wok, salmon, and noodles. I don't even wan't to know how much extra my stomach has to work with all this additional food. poor tummy.. my excuse is that we had a killer PE workout class today, it was INSANE, i was so close to vomiting, again, i did vomit the other week when we had PE, I think im working too hard at class, I might have to take it easier, because your body needs that food.
I will upload the receipt of my healty chocolate balls anyway but I will change it up a bit, the way I was SUPPOSED to make them. me and my experiments...

I eat to die healthy.

I eat to die healthy. I don't wan't to die because of what I ate, when i had the freedom to eat anything that I wanted. but changing food habit's can be hard, trust me, i know, I used to eat at least 100g of chocolate per day, and i would eat this planet's biggest portions of junk food.
I still eat chocolate, and I still eat junk food, but I do it with limit's, I allow myself to eat, let's say, MCdonalds 1 -2 a month and chocolate on weekends, but cutting of chocolate for 5 days can be extremely hard sometimes so when it get's too hard I eat a small amount of chocolate with 90% cacao, just to calm the chocolate hunger. of course it's not the same thing as "normal chocolate" but it works.
here are some basics you should try to avoid and what you could eat instead! :)

productive day!

omg, this have been a fun day! I woke up 6.30, went to school, had the longest, most horrible classes, we watched a movie about the slavery and how it was born, such an terrible movie, because they showed you videoclips of hands being severed, how they hang people etc etc, I can't deal with that because i know that that has happent to actual people. that's why i like fantasy so much. anyway after that me and my friends went to the gym, took a shower after that, ate, took the train to the city, met up with some other friends and went to the cinema where they showed an exclusive preview of Pitch Perfect, I got us on the list so it was super cool, I know some countries have had that movie out for a while but the actual premiere here in Sweden is in 4 days. the movie was fun, I liked the songs and Fat Amy was so hilarious, loved her!
If you are in to musicals like glee, HSM, Grease u should check it out, or just to laugh, me and my friends laughed so much, and so thit the other people in the room.

Sweden and our traditions...

In Sweden we like to come up with excuses to eat sweet things. It's true, I think we celebrate every tart you can come up with. we have cinnamon-bun day, princesscake day, "semel day", brownie day, etc etc... It's getting a bit... heavy around the belly... I follow this blog called fitspooration.blogg.se it's a health/training blog, everytime i think about eating something sweet I go to her blog, or if i need motivation to go to the gym :)
anyway, Im getting really tired of these sweet things, and we have it around the house all the time... it's funny, because my mum talk's about loosing weight all the time but she keeps buying cake and chocolate and stuff...

just chilling with my ghost friends.

I got a gym card a while ago, and people who knew were like:


because me and physical training... well let's just say we don't know each other very well.
But I'm starting to gain a lot of extra weight, and i don't like that at all. and all i do is sit on my bed and read a lot of books, or i study, or I watch tv. a lot of sitting. and i hate exercising. i get tired really fast and just give up. we had a beep test at school a while ago and i got the points 2.4 or something. if you are familiar with the beep test you know how very very bad that is...
and on top of that, I eat like a full grown man, and im married with junk food, for real lol. i don't know what it is with sweet food and me, everything that is sweet i eat, and my biggest weakness is chocolate, man I love chocolate. i prefer the 34% kakao chocolate's but i can eat up to 90%. crazy, i know. that's like powder pressed kakao lol.
But i don't wan't to be like that. I wan't to be able to look down at my body and feel proud of what i have, I wan't to live a healthy life with a nice slim body.

some of you might think, why slim, every shape is beautiful. but that isn't entirely true. some people look better with curves, like Kim K, Beyonce, Oprah, while others look better with their natural bone structure shape, like Miranda Kerr, Lucy Hale, Rihanna etc. I'm not saying that there are curves at my body that i don't like, but they are not all healthy curves. I think that if you start eating healthy and exercise at least twice a week body shape doesn't really matter, as long as you are happy with how you look. if you start loosing some inches it's just a sign that your body wasn't shaped with healthy fat.
notice i said shape and not weight. because muscles weight more than fat, so you should not trust the weighing scale that much


with that said im going to give you a very easy receipt on one of my favorite smoothies!



BERRY SMOOTHIE!
i love smoothies in general with a lot of sugar, but i switched the sugar for something else this time!
1 dl frozen berries of choice. i used rasberry, strawberry, blackberry, and blueberry
1 ½ dl vanilla yohgurt
2 teaspoons honey
mix and drink!
