Silver Shadows (Bloodlines #5) REVIEW

Silver Shadows (Bloodlines, #5)By Richelle Mead
Pages: 416
Publisher: Razorbill

Sydney Sage is an Alchemist, one of a group of humans who dabble in magic and serve to bridge the worlds of humans and vampires. They protect vampire secrets—and human lives.

In The Fiery Heart, Sydney risked everything to follow her gut, walking a dangerous line to keep her feelings hidden from the Alchemists.

Now in the aftermath of an event that ripped their world apart, Sydney and Adrian struggle to pick up the pieces and find their way back to each other. But first, they have to survive.

For Sydney, trapped and surrounded by adversaries, life becomes a daily struggle to hold on to her identity and the memories of those she loves. Meanwhile, Adrian clings to hope in the face of those who tell him Sydney is a lost cause, but the battle proves daunting as old demons and new temptations begin to seize hold of him. . . .

YES YES YES, FINALLY!!!!!!!

I got my action, romance, grief, I got everything that I waited for! Silver Shadows was kick-ass, seriously, some true spirit-kick-ass.

Can we talk about Sydney for a bit? Just a second. Thank you. Girl-power alll the way!!!
She's turning into this strong proganist we knew she always was, and she's using her magic like it's been her true passion her whole life and not something she learned to accept a couple of months ago . It's fantastic to see her embrace her true self without even questioning it. She is so strong trough it all, and it makes me so proud.

Seeing what the Alchemist are capable of gives me true chills. THEY are the cruel people! They are not much better than the Strigoi's. As we know they took Sydney to re-education.
That's just been a word to us for so long. We've heard people talk about it, but we've never actually been there, until now. And all our fears of what might be inside there comes alive. It's horrible in a manipulative way. But Sydney is so s t r o n g. She really outdid her in this book. I did however question how the events were going to affect her relationship with Adrian...

And speaking of... Gosh I love him. I don't know how I could say anthing about him without it all being biased. He's one of my favorite characters. He and Magnus Bane might be tied for first place.

Overall I was very, very VERY pleased with the outcome of this book. The last one was a true dissapointment but not this one. Not at all. I'm hoping to see more of the other characters from Vampire Academy in the last book!

Last book. Oh God.

The Fiery Heart (Bloodlines #4) REVIEW

The Fiery Heart (Bloodlines, #4)By Richelle Mead
pages: 438
Publisher: Razorbill

Sydney Sage is an Alchemist, one of a group of humans who dabble in magic and serve to bridge the worlds of humans and vampires. They protect vampire secrets - and human lives.

In The Indigo Spell, Sydney was torn between the Alchemist way of life and what her heart and gut were telling her to do. And in one breathtaking moment that Richelle Mead fans will never forget, she made a decision that shocked even her. . . .

But the struggle isn't over for Sydney. As she navigates the aftermath of her life-changing decision, she still finds herself pulled in too many directions at once. Her sister Zoe has arrived, and while Sydney longs to grow closer to her, there's still so much she must keep secret. Working with Marcus has changed the way she views the Alchemists, and Sydney must tread a careful path as she harnesses her profound magical ability to undermine the way of life she was raised to defend. Consumed by passion and vengeance, Sydney struggles to keep her secret life under wraps as the threat of exposure — and re-education — looms larger than ever.

Oh Mead oh Mead.

I Have to start of by saying; I love Adrian Ivashkov more that a mother ever loved her first born child. I think Adrian and Sydney are a badass team, they really work together. They are my otp. Don't forget that okay?

TFH starts off where the last book ended, where Sydney goes back to Adrian and they become a couple and all that jazz.

AND LORDY LORD are they not just swoon worthy? Yes. Yes they are. There is so much romance going on in this book, and I loved it. Because that's what we've been hoping for since book #1 right?

but.
There romance kept on going strong chapter. after. chapter.
Every freaking chapter was either about
1. They wanted to make out like animals
2. rip each other's clothes of
3. sex thoughts
4. sex thoughts

But because of Zoe and Jill who would have the front seat to every romantic aspect they had to be careful. But it was always in their thoughts.

Sydney have changed a lot, like really A LOT. I like that she have become her own person with her own believes, I knew that that would happen eventually. She's a smart person. But at the same time she became a bit careless in a very none Sydney way...

All that made the plot weak and after a while... pretty boring.

The best part about this book though is that's it's written from both Adrian's and Sydney's POV, and I don't think I can express in words how happy it makes me to be inside Adrian's head. He is such a complex character and he have always fascinated me. His head works in a different way because of all the spirit and that makes him the most interesting character on earth. Plus he is super duper sexy.

The only real action happened towards the end, and If you've read Vampire Academy you KNOW that Richelle Mead knows how to illustrate awesome fight scenes.

But WHY we had to wait to the end to get that? I don't know.
She had so many opportunities to make it more fierce, scenes where she could have put in a strigoi or two, or maybe have Angeline do something really stupid that would've gotten her into trouble etc. but no no, she decided to put alllll that focuse on the romantic aspects.

Back to the end. I think it ended great. Freaking cliffhanger but nonetheless amazeballs. I'm not saying I didn't see it coming because I did out of pretty obvious reasons, but I liked how it turned out. That gives me hope that the 5th book might actually be action-packed.

Stad av Aska / City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments #2) REVIEW

Stad av aska (e-bok)Av Cassanra Clare
Sidor: 490

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ English Review ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments, #2)By Cassandra Clare
Pages: 453
Publisher: Margaret K. McElderry Books
Clary Fray just wishes that her life would go back to normal. But what's normal when you're a demon-slaying Shadowhunter, your mother is in a magically induced coma, and you can suddenly see Downworlders like werewolves, vampires, and faeries? If Clary left the world of the Shadowhunters behind, it would mean more time with her best friend, Simon, who's becoming more than a friend. But the Shadowhunting world isn't ready to let her go — especially her handsome, infuriating, newfound brother, Jace. And Clary's only chance to help her mother is to track down rogue Shadowhunter Valentine, who is probably insane, certainly evil — and also her father.
To complicate matters, someone in New York City is murdering Downworlder children. Is Valentine behind the killings — and if he is, what is he trying to do? When the second of the Mortal Instruments, the Soul-Sword, is stolen, the terrifying Inquisitor arrives to investigate and zooms right in on Jace. How can Clary stop Valentine if Jace is willing to betray everything he believes in to help their father?
Feels like it was years since I read City of, Ashes (though in English then) ... Which it was. When there are many books in a series things starts to just melt together for me. I do not know what happened in the book, just that it has happened.
City of, Ashes is the calm before the storm, but by that I mean not that the book is boring in any way at all, oh no, quite the opposite, City of, Ashes is action-packed, we are drawn ever deeper into the Shadowhunter world, and there is certainly no turning back.
Personally I think it's fun to see more of Simon in this book, because he is such a wonderful character that you just want to know more of, what he eats, what he drinks, what he does at 5 and so on. Truly a charmer!
Cloak & Dagger: Stuck In 2 Worlds REVIEW
Cloak & Dagger: Stuck In 2 WorldsBy G. Avetis
Pages: 428
Publisher: Createspace
A young woman who wanted nothing but her freedom. A vampire who would try to control her destiny.
Ruby Rahman, age seventeen, ran away from her home in the Middle East to escape an arranged marriage. But her dream of an independent life in the U.S. turns into a nightmare when she becomes the captive of William Scott, a handsome young vampire who finds her scent irresistible.
Despite herself, Ruby finds herself falling for William. After all, he and his “family” have risked their lives to keep her hidden from the rogue vampire who’s on her trail—and the council that would kill her for uncovering an ancient secret.
But Ruby has secrets of her own. And when a gorgeous young vampire named Nikolas challenges William for her affections, she’ll be forced to unravel the mystery of who she really is—and where she really belongs.
I wanted to like this book SO SO bad. I saw real potential in it after reading the synopsis. I got this E-ARC personally from the author, I had some problems with the file and she was really nice about the whole thing and sent me another, and then checked up with me a week or so later to see if it worked. A very nice lady Indeed.
This book reminded me quite a lot about Twilight.
There were moments when I thought to myself "wow, didn't something similar happen in the Twilight saga?"
Ruby, the main character is not from the United States, and because of that everything is sort of new to her. She would always think/say stuff like "in my country..."  etc...
"In my country..." was repeated 15 times which I think is too much. I don't mean that she shouldn't talk about Ivenia, but she could have said what she wanted to be said in a different way.
I also thought that it was weird that Ruby didn't question right away how she ended up in a bunch of strangers home when she got there. She was really respected toward them and it took her weeks to ask.
Then we have William...
He just confused me. He acted like a total asshole for weeks, didn't say anything, just walked around looking really mad.
And why did he act like this?
Because he liked Ruby of course, makes total sense...
I think this book is bringing an important subject to light, because there are MILLIONS of girls living under the circumstances Ruby was living under but a lot of them can't escape, like Ruby did... And the cultural struggles Ruby had/have to go trough are things that either Avetis had to go trough or someone she knows. I think it's strong of her to write about something that clearly have ffected her a lot.
Brave attempt to mix this with vampires but it wasn't something for me... This book have a high rating on goodreads so you should check it out! (and there is a giveaway of this book on goodreads too!)
The Immortal Rules (Blood of Eden #1) REVIEW
De odödligas regler
Av Julie Kagawa
sidor: 464
Förlag Harlequin
I en framtida värld styr vampyrerna.
Människorna är föda.
Och en person kommer att söka efter nyckeln till mänsklighetens räddning.
Allison Sekemoto håller sig vid liv i en vampyrstadsförort. På dagarna letar hon och hennes gäng efter mat. På nätterna är de maten.
Vissa dagar är Allies hat mot dem det enda som driver henne – vampyrerna som gjort människor till kreatur som de tömmer på blod. Fram till den natten då hon själv attackeras – och blir ett av monstren. För att överleva måste hon lära sig de odödligas regler, inklusive den viktigaste: Får du inget människoblod blir du snart galen.
Men så tvingas Allie fly ut i det okända, utanför stadsmurarna. Hon ger sig i lag med en tärd grupp människor som är på jakt efter en legend – ett botemedel mot den sjukdom som dödat nästan hela mänskligheten och skapat de rabiata, de galna varelser som hotar både människor och vampyrer. Och snart måste Allie bestämma sig för vad – och vem – hon skulle kunna dö för.
Jag vart förälskad i denna på grund av hela dystopi världen, tro det eller ej, men jag är trött på det, tror jag att jag skulle tyck om den bättre om det var mer ljus, alltså inte så himla deppresiv.
annars tycker jag att Kagawa verkligen gjorde bättre ifrån sig skrivmässigt, berättelsen var bra men lite mörk som nämnt innan, men om man gillar sådant, go ahead!
3/5
The Immortal Rules (Blood of Eden, #1)By Julie Kagawa
Pages: 485
Publisher: Harlequin Teen
To survive in a ruined world, she must embrace the darkness…
Allison Sekemoto survives in the Fringe, the outermost circle of a walled-in city. By day, she and her crew scavenge for food. By night, any one of them could be eaten. Some days, all that drives Allie is her hatred ofthem—the vampires who keep humans as blood cattle. Until the night Allie herself dies and becomes one of the monsters.
Forced to flee her city, Allie must pass for human as she joins a ragged group of pilgrims seeking a legend—a place that might have a cure for the disease that killed off most of civilization and created the rabids, the bloodthirsty creatures who threaten human and vampire alike. And soon Allie will have to decide what and who is worth dying for… again.
Didn't fall in love with this one because of the whole dystopia world, believe it or not but Im sick of it, I think I would have enjoyed it better if it was more light.
Otherwise I think that Kagawa really stepped up her game writing-wise, The story was good, a bit too dark, ask I said before but If you are in to that kind of stuff you should definitely check this one out! (and If you like bloodthirsty vampires!)
3/5
Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices #3)
Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices, #3)By Cassandra Clare
Hardcover568 pages
Published March 19th 2013 by Margaret K. McElderry Books
Danger and betrayal, secrets and enchantment in the breathtaking conclusion to the Infernal Devices trilogy.
Tessa Gray should be happy - aren't all brides happy?
Yet as she prepares for her wedding, a net of shadows begins to tighten around the Shadowhunters of the London Institute.
A new demon appears, one linked by blood and secrecy to Mortmain, the man who plans to use his army of pitiless automatons, the Infernal Devices, to destroy the Shadowhunters. Mortmain needs only one last item to complete his plan. He needs Tessa. And Jem and Will, the boys who lay equal claim to Tessa's heart, will do anything to save her.
My facial muscles are sore after all crying, I’m not even sure I will be able to write a proper review. I have tried to write a review now 3 times but I just start crying every time.
I have begun this sentence to many times, and erased it just as many times. For once I am truly utterly, shockingly speechless. I don’t know what to write, because every English, Swedish, Spanish word I know will never be able to describe what I am thinking about this book, because this is a book that cannot be described, only felt.
I don’t know where I should begin, I am feeling so many emotions right now, I didn’t even know I could feel this many emotion’s all at once. I have never cried this hard during a book either, I cried myself to sleep yesterday. This book will dance on people’s emotions, know where to press.
This book, as you might know by now, takes place in the 1800, a time I’m pretty sure Cassandra Clare have never lived in, but yet somehow, against all odds she managed to describe it all so well. Every room, every character, every spoken word, every scenery was a masterpiece, Clare have this way of describing things that not many authors have, she uses the perfect words to describe things, no scene is the other alike, no room, no character is the other alike. Everything is special, everything is unique.
There is a love-triangle, Jem-Tessa-Will. I hate love triangles, but this was no ordinary love triangle, the love they felt for each-other were heartwarming, and yet so heart breaking. In every love triangle you ask yourself, who will she/he choose? But not in this one, because I loved each character equally much, they all deserved to be happy. I never questioned her ability to love to people at once, because I understand her. How can you not love someone who shows you such a great amount of love back?
I began to understand Will more and more, and in the end my heart was arching for him. No one thinks about it, but he has gone throe so much. A heart can only be broken so many times before it starts to build walls around itself.
It’s no secret that Jem is dying. And fast. I have loved Jem since day one, never have I “met” a kinder, loving, sweet person. He has every reason to hate life, and yet he does not. He endure it, he see the world for all the good things it has to offer him. Like Tessa.
Every character touched my heart, Tessa, Jem, Will, Sophie, Gideon, Bridget, Cicy, Gabriel, Magnus, Church, Henry, and lastly but not not least, Charlotte. Charlotte is probably a character I will look up to for a long long time. She lived in a difficult era where women didn’t have so much power. Men didn’t believe in women either. But she was so strong, she never bent down, she did what she always taught was right, she didn’t let some men hold her back. She had an admirably confidence that a lot of people lack and that is why I look up to her. Because no matter the odds she always fought back.
There wasn’t really a special part where I cried, I cried from the beginning to the end, because this book is packed with events, I’m not kidding when I say that Clare wrote a whole life story on 600 pages, and she didn’t forget a thing. It’s like I have lived a whole lifetime in 3 days. That’s the magical thing with books.
The epilogue was so incredible. I cried and laughed, and smiled, and OOOOOOOOOOH IT WAS JUST AMAZING OK!?!?!?!? It was perfect. Simply perfect.
This in no ordinary book, this is a book I will always remember, I will never forget Jem, Tessa or Will. ever.
One day I wish to find someone I would die for. Someone who will make me a better person, someone who will show me what life is about when I don’t see it myself. Someday I want to find that one person who will be more than a sibling to me; we will have a bond that is “greater than blood”. Like Jem and Will had. Someday I will find my parabatai.
-          “there is more to life than not dying
-          “Life is a book and there are a thousand pages I have not yet read.”
-          Endure what is unbearable, and you bear it. That is all.”
-          “Men may be stronger, but it is women who endure.”
-          “Do you even care where I’m going?” he said. “What if I were going to hell?”
“I’ve always wanted to see hell,” Cecily said. “Doesn’t everyone?
well deserved 5/5
Books vs Movies (okey, books will always win but we have to keep things feisty
and then we have the movies coming up next year like Vampire Academy (or blood sisters as they like to call it, and mockingjay (one of my fav books!), and DIVERGENT (im jumping up and down writing Divergent) and Delirium ( i haven't even read it yet but im super excited)
all this awesome books, I can't even begin with describing how awesome this movie year is gonna be, Im doing my best seperating the books from the movies so I don't get disappointed which is surprisingly easy since I don't quite even remember any details from the three most exciting movies coming up this year. All I remember is that I gave the book 5 stars and I don't give away 5 stars that easily. except for Catching Fire. I hated that book. but I think I will love the movie.
I don't know what you guys are saving money for, but im saving up for cinema tickets.
The Indigo Spell (Bloodlines #3)
The Indigo Spell (Bloodlines, #3)
THAT IS SO NOT THE SYDNEY IN MY HEAD.
By Richelle Mead
In the aftermath of a forbidden moment that rocked Sydney to her core, she finds herself struggling to draw the line between her Alchemist teachings and what her heart is urging her to do. Then she meets alluring, rebellious Marcus Finch--a former Alchemist who escaped against all odds, and is now on the run. Marcus wants to teach Sydney the secrets he claims the Alchemists are hiding from her. But as he pushes her to rebel against the people who raised her, Sydney finds that breaking free is harder than she thought. There is an old and mysterious magic rooted deeply within her. And as she searches for an evil magic user targeting powerful young witches, she realizes that her only hope is to embrace her magical blood--or else she might be next.
Sydney is such a bright character, she is very smart and have an open mind which a lot of alchemist don't have. This makes her really see the good in the "vampires" and not only see them the way the alchemist have taught her to look at them. the second novel left as at that loaded scene between Adrian and Sydney where he declares his love for her and she flipps. It's nice to see what happen't between them afterward because that was seriously all i could think off.
And Adrian my fictional love, oh how I have missed you... I have been following him since Vampire academy book #3 I think is were he comes in and just seen how he has gone from a drinking immature party host to sprit psyco to this man he is now. sure he still have his spirit moment's but I feel that he have really grown along with the books, and he is one of the characters that has "lived on" longer than Rose from VA because her story kind of ended with VA, but Adrian and Eddie, Jills bodyguard, stayed.
so what to I have to say about this book over all?
I really liked it, but it didn't quite manage to amaze me the way Mead use to do, which kind of disappoint me, because I had very high hopes about this one, because i know what an amazing author she truly is. I felt that the end, probably the most important part, was a bit hasty, it wasn't really how the characters I had grown to know would react, but I have to say that absolute end scene was a big "NOO" moment but I saaw something like that coming because Richelle Mead always go off and do that kind of stuff just to keep us pulling our hair out until the next book comes out.
I would also describe this book as the calm before the storm, I feel like this was just the preperation book for the big battle (not literary exactly, im not spoiling) that is waiting in book #4 wich will be out this fall!
I think the reason why this book didn't get to me as her other books did was because she just had a baby and i get that it is stressful, so she will just have to make it up to me about the lack of passion in her writing in the fourth book ;)
update!!!!: the fourth book is going to be told from Adrian's POV as well omg, somebody PINCH ME THIS IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE OMG IM FINALLY GOING TO GET INSIDE MY FICTIONAL CRUSH'S HEAD!!!!!!!
Insatiable (Insatiable #1)
Insatiable (Insatiable, #1)
By Meg Cabot
Sick of vampires? So is Meena Harper.
But her boss is making her write about them anyway, even though Meena doesn’t believe in them.
Not that Meena isn’t familiar with the supernatural. See, Meena Harper knows how you’re going to die (not that you’re going to believe her; no one ever does).
But not even Meena’s precognition can prepare her for what happens when she meets—then makes the mistake of falling in love with—Lucien Antonescu, a modern-day prince with a bit of a dark side . . . a dark side a lot of people, like an ancient society of vampire-hunters, would prefer to see him dead for.
The problem is, he already is dead. Maybe that’s why he’s the first guy Meena’s ever met that she could see herself having a future with. See, while Meena’s always been able to see everyone else’s future, she’s never been able look into her own.
And while Lucien seems like everything Meena has ever dreamed of in a boyfriend, he might turn out to be more like a nightmare.
Now might be a good time for Meena to start learning to predict her own future . . .
If she even has one.
I read this book a lifetime ago but im going to write a review about it anyway.
Meg Cabot knows her place when it comes to writing.
and let me tell you this, Vampire books, are so not her place.
COME ON, stick to your teenage romance books, this one did not cut it. vampires was a hype when this one came out, so I suspect she only wrote this one to earn on it, but no, it wasn't even good, the vampire character sucked, he was so weird and the ending sucked.
The mortal Instruments #1,#2,#3,#4,#5 REVIEWS
City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1)
I already have a review of the first book, just search for it if you wan't to read that one where i include my own thought of the book..
when I read the first chapter of City of Glass I was hooked. Cassandra Clare's why of writing had me spellbound in place, she tells everything in a great way, and it's never hard to understand what is really happening. what i like the most is how she describes the fight scenes. which there are a lot of. she writes down every single thing that happens, so you get that awesome scene in your head, which many authors fail to do, but she nailed it. I think the romance in the books was enough, not too much, not too little, and I liked the romance. there are a lot or really good climax in these books, and they will make your heart break. just sayin'
When fifteen-year-old Clary Fray heads out to the Pandemonium Club in New York City, she hardly expects to witness a murder -- much less a murder committed by three teenagers covered with strange tattoos and brandishing bizarre weapons. Then the body disappears into thin air. It's hard to call the police when the murderers are invisible to everyone else and when there is nothing -- not even a smear of blood -- to show that a boy has died. Or was he a boy?
This is Clary's first meeting with the Shadowhunters, warriors dedicated to ridding the earth of demons. It's also her first encounter with Jace, a Shadowhunter who looks a little like an angel and acts a lot like a jerk. Within twenty-four hours Clary is pulled into Jace's world with a vengeance, when her mother disappears and Clary herself is attacked by a demon. But why would demons be interested in ordinary mundanes like Clary and her mother? And how did Clary suddenly get the Sight? The Shadowhunters would like to know. . . .
City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments, #2)Clary Fray just wishes that her life would go back to normal. But what's normal when you're a demon-slaying Shadowhunter, your mother is in a magically induced coma, and you can suddenly see Downworlders like werewolves, vampires, and faeries? If Clary left the world of the Shadowhunters behind, it would mean more time with her best friend, Simon, who's becoming more than a friend. But the Shadowhunting world isn't ready to let her go — especially her handsome, infuriating, newfound brother, Jace. And Clary's only chance to help her mother is to track down rogue Shadowhunter Valentine, who is probably insane, certainly evil — and also her father.
To complicate matters, someone in New York City is murdering Downworlder children. Is Valentine behind the killings — and if he is, what is he trying to do? When the second of the Mortal Instruments, the Soul-Sword, is stolen, the terrifying Inquisitor arrives to investigate and zooms right in on Jace. How can Clary stop Valentine if Jace is willing to betray everything he believes in to help their father?
City of Glass (The Mortal Instruments, #3)To save her mother's life, Clary must travel to the City of Glass, the ancestral home of the Shadowhunters - never mind that entering the city without permission is against the Law, and breaking the Law could mean death. To make things worse, she learns that Jace does not want her there, and Simon has been thrown in prison by the Shadowhunters, who are deeply suspicious of a vampire who can withstand sunlight.
As Clary uncovers more about her family's past, she finds an ally in mysterious Shadowhunter Sebastian. With Valentine mustering the full force of his power to destroy all Shadowhunters forever, their only chance to defeat him is to fight alongside their eternal enemies. But can Downworlders and Shadowhunters put aside their hatred to work together? While Jace realizes exactly how much he's willing to risk for Clary, can she harness her newfound powers to help save the Glass City - whatever the cost?
Love is a mortal sin and the secrets of the past prove deadly as Clary
City of Fallen Angels (The Mortal Instruments, #4)The Mortal War is over, and sixteen-year-old Clary Fray is back home in New York, excited about all the possibilities before her. She's training to become a Shadowhunter and to use her unique power. Her mother is getting married to the love of her life. Downworlders and Shadowhunters are at peace at last. And - most importantly of all - she can finally call Jace her boyfriend.
But nothing comes without a price.
Someone is murdering Shadowhunters who used to be in Valentine's Circle, provoking tensions between Downworlders and Shadowhunters that could lead to a second bloody war. Clary's best friend, Simon, can't help her. His mother just found out that he's a vampire and now he's homeless. Everywhere he turns, someone wants him on their side - along with the power of the curse that's wrecking his life. And they're willing to do anything to get what they want. At the same time he's dating two beautiful, dangerous girls - neither of whom knows about the other one.
When Jace begins to pull away from Clary without explaining why, she is forced to delve into the heart of a mystery whose solution reveals her worst nightmare: She herself has set in motion a terrible chain of events that could lead to her losing everything she loves. Even Jace.
City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments #5)What price is too high to pay, even for love? When Jace and Clary meet again, Clary is horrified to discover that the demon Lilith’s magic has bound her beloved Jace together with her evil brother Sebastian, and that Jace has become a servant of evil. The Clave is out to destroy Sebastian, but there is no way to harm one boy without destroying the other. As Alec, Magnus, Simon, and Isabelle wheedle and bargain with Seelies, demons, and the merciless Iron Sisters to try to save Jace, Clary plays a dangerous game of her own. The price of losing is not just her own life, but Jace’s soul. She’s willing to do anything for Jace, but can she still trust him? Or is he truly lost?
productive day!
omg, this have been a fun day! I woke up 6.30, went to school, had the longest, most horrible classes, we watched a movie about the slavery and how it was born, such an terrible movie, because they showed you videoclips of hands being severed, how they hang people etc etc, I can't deal with that because i know that that has happent to actual people. that's why i like fantasy so much. anyway after that me and my friends went to the gym, took a shower after that, ate, took the train to the city, met up with some other friends and went to the cinema where they showed an exclusive preview of Pitch Perfect, I got us on the list so it was super cool, I know some countries have had that movie out for a while but the actual premiere here in Sweden is in 4 days. the movie was fun, I liked the songs and Fat Amy was so hilarious, loved her!
If you are in to musicals like glee, HSM, Grease u should check it out, or just to laugh, me and my friends laughed so much, and so thit the other people in the room.
good night!
