Frozen ❄

If you haven't seen the movie Frozen yet you are MISSING OUT. That movie is so beautiful, I dare to say that it might even be better than Tangle.

Frozen  "Fearless optimist Anna teams up with Kristoff in an epic journey, encountering Everest-like conditions, and a hilarious snowman named Olaf in a race to find Anna's sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom in eternal winter."

This is not a typical disney movie in my opinion, I mean yes there are princesses and all that, but it's not typically a love story. It's more about the bond between sisters which they illustrated in a very powerful way. I loved the movie more than I thought that I will, and if you haven't seen it yet you need to see it ASAP. I really recommend it :)

Oh I almost forgot, the song "Let it Go" which is from the movie is AH-MAYSING. Demi Lovatos version is better though ;)

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Harry Potter #2) REVIEW

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Harry Potter, #2)
By J.K. Rowling
Pages: 341
Publisher: Levine Books
So much better than the first one I must say!
What a journey! This is the magic I've heard so much about, and wanting to take apart of, YES, AMAZING!
I feel like so much more made sense to me now, the movie doesn't bring all the aspects to light and that leaves me with a lot of unanswered questions, and books are just in general more detailed than movies.
I can totally see the chemistry between Ron and Hermione, it's so obvious!

A character that I did not quite like was actually Ginny Weasly. She is so weird, I always imagined her looking like this

every time Hary came around. I guess she will mature up when she gets older. Or at least I hope....

2014 will be a movie-blast

Vampire academy.
Divergent.
Mockingjay pt 1.
The fault in our stars.

Nope, I'm still calm, if you are hearing dying whale noises it's not from me, nope...

I don't know how I will survive this!  Everything is just MESSED up, this is too much in a year! And City of Heavinly fire (last book in the mortal instruments series) will also be released this year!

It's just too much for my poor little heart to handle.

I just want the movies to come out NOW all this waiting is making me crazy!

A book i'd like to forget and read all over again so I can fall in love with it once more.

Clockwork Princess, no doubt.
Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices, #3)If you've followed me for a while you know that Clockwork Princess is one of my favorite books of all time.
It's the last book in the Infernal Devices trilogy by Cassandra Clare.
I loved it so much because no book ever have kept me going like that, I'm not kidding when I say that I thought that I would die because of all the feelings that book upraised within me. That book is just painfully beautiful and I  would love to read it again without knowing what would happen if I could.

My blog-headers.

I've had four headers during my time blog time. FOUR. In 16 months.
And I don't really know why people liked my blog before, I mean who cares about the posts if the header is... good looking? It's like finding a partner, if the outside appearance doesn't attract you, you'll most likely not be so interested in finding out what's on the inside. I mean, I never give short guys a try. Because I like my guys tall like trees. And I'm only like 5 feet.

I believe this was my FIRST header, I have to admit it's a very nice header, being my first and everything
and I made it all by myself, and I used Paint...

I do not know what was going on in my mind when I did this one, I mean look at it. It doesn't even
look decent! Whats up with the weird bottom ends?! I remember being really proud of this one,
but looking at it now I'm like noooo thanks. I only used it for a month or something though.

I worked really hard on this one, and I think it's quite arty in it's own way. If you look closely at the design
you can see a book and a pen, a dancer, the mocking jay pin (The hunger games) and music notes. All stuff that represents me :)

And here we have the header I'm using right now. Isn't it pretty? I'm totally in love with it and I think it's
perfect. The great photographer Elvira Gidlund took the pictures of me and the books, she is super
talented and I'm so glad to be able to call her a friend. She made me this header, all I had to do was
say how I wanted it and she made my wishes come true. But I let her decide almost the whole thing,
and I'm glad I did...

Question: If you were stranded on a desert island, what five books would you take with you?

Tough question!
I'm glad I can bring five and not only 1 or 3, but I would much rather bring like 500, in case I won't get off the island for a while.. (What I would do on a deserted island in the first place is also beyond me).

I would bring:
On the Island by Tracey Garvis-Graves
I haven't read this book but it's about a boy and a woman deserted on a island. perfect book for my eventual occasion right?!

And I don't know HOW I would ever survive without Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare.
It's the last book in the Infernal Devices series, and a total heart breaker, but my cheesus, that book is
a true peace of art.

Twilight
Because Twilight holds A LOT of memories, every time I pick that book up I get this very strange feeling in my body, all the feelings that I used to feel while reading Twilight back in the days just resurface. It's not a sad or happy feeling like that in particular it's just a very special feeling. So yeah Twilight.

Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles BECAUSE HAVE YOU READ THAT BOOK?!
That's like the sweetest book EVER omg I can't even, it's so sweet and nice and just perfect okay?
I would totally wanna have it on a deserted island.

and lastly but not least...
I want to say the perks of being a wallflower but that book is depressing...
So i'll say...
Ugh I don't know let me think....

I KNOW!

I would bring Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier with me! That's a feel-good book and it's utterly hilarious and have
me laughing for hours and hours! I love it :)

The Fiery Heart (Bloodlines #4) REVIEW

The Fiery Heart (Bloodlines, #4)By Richelle Mead
pages: 438
Publisher: Razorbill

Sydney Sage is an Alchemist, one of a group of humans who dabble in magic and serve to bridge the worlds of humans and vampires. They protect vampire secrets - and human lives.

In The Indigo Spell, Sydney was torn between the Alchemist way of life and what her heart and gut were telling her to do. And in one breathtaking moment that Richelle Mead fans will never forget, she made a decision that shocked even her. . . .

But the struggle isn't over for Sydney. As she navigates the aftermath of her life-changing decision, she still finds herself pulled in too many directions at once. Her sister Zoe has arrived, and while Sydney longs to grow closer to her, there's still so much she must keep secret. Working with Marcus has changed the way she views the Alchemists, and Sydney must tread a careful path as she harnesses her profound magical ability to undermine the way of life she was raised to defend. Consumed by passion and vengeance, Sydney struggles to keep her secret life under wraps as the threat of exposure — and re-education — looms larger than ever.

Oh Mead oh Mead.

I Have to start of by saying; I love Adrian Ivashkov more that a mother ever loved her first born child. I think Adrian and Sydney are a badass team, they really work together. They are my otp. Don't forget that okay?

TFH starts off where the last book ended, where Sydney goes back to Adrian and they become a couple and all that jazz.

AND LORDY LORD are they not just swoon worthy? Yes. Yes they are. There is so much romance going on in this book, and I loved it. Because that's what we've been hoping for since book #1 right?

but.
There romance kept on going strong chapter. after. chapter.
Every freaking chapter was either about
1. They wanted to make out like animals
2. rip each other's clothes of
3. sex thoughts
4. sex thoughts

But because of Zoe and Jill who would have the front seat to every romantic aspect they had to be careful. But it was always in their thoughts.

Sydney have changed a lot, like really A LOT. I like that she have become her own person with her own believes, I knew that that would happen eventually. She's a smart person. But at the same time she became a bit careless in a very none Sydney way...

All that made the plot weak and after a while... pretty boring.

The best part about this book though is that's it's written from both Adrian's and Sydney's POV, and I don't think I can express in words how happy it makes me to be inside Adrian's head. He is such a complex character and he have always fascinated me. His head works in a different way because of all the spirit and that makes him the most interesting character on earth. Plus he is super duper sexy.

The only real action happened towards the end, and If you've read Vampire Academy you KNOW that Richelle Mead knows how to illustrate awesome fight scenes.

But WHY we had to wait to the end to get that? I don't know.
She had so many opportunities to make it more fierce, scenes where she could have put in a strigoi or two, or maybe have Angeline do something really stupid that would've gotten her into trouble etc. but no no, she decided to put alllll that focuse on the romantic aspects.

Back to the end. I think it ended great. Freaking cliffhanger but nonetheless amazeballs. I'm not saying I didn't see it coming because I did out of pretty obvious reasons, but I liked how it turned out. That gives me hope that the 5th book might actually be action-packed.

Most memorable books of 2013

Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices, #3)Book that made me smile, laugh,
cry, die, reborn and die again
Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare

I don't know what more to say, the title pretty
much explains it all I think, best book I've ever read,
 hands down.

Legend (Legend, #1)Best dystopian book

Legend by Marie Lu

I really did not expect much from this book, but I absolutely loved it!
The movie is in production and I'm actually pretty positive about!
This book showed me that there is still hope out there for the dystopian
genre.

Delirium (Delirium, #1)Book I thought I thought I would love
but did not
Delirium by Lauren Oliver

I didn't hate it, but I just did not like it, I'm not a fan of instant love which there
was in this book and the whole concept of this story did not make the cut in
my opinion. It was weak.

The Edge of Never (The Edge of Never, #1)Book with the most unexpected plot twist
The Edge of Never by J.A. Redmerski

This book started of kind of slow but when I came to the middle of the book I
could not put it down and that plot was sooooo unexpected! The book took a
big turn that I did not foresee

The Opportunist (Love Me With Lies, #1)Best romance book
The Opportunist by Tarryn Fisher

This is not your typical love story. This one is so raw and full of emotions that
it HURTS.
Excerpt from my review
"I am speechless.
My insides turned into something mushy, my heart ache, and my existence stopped making
sense. Time slowed down. Why I asked myself. Why can't I just rotten, vanish, disappear?
Why am I forced to live when all I wan't to do is die?

I realized what I was feeling.
There was a name for this.
I was heart broken"

Allegiant (Divergent, #3)This years most disappointing book
Allegiant by Veronica Roth

All that death was uneccesary, she did not master the duo POV thing and
everything was just average. Not impressed.

Ruby Red (Precious Stone Trilogy, #1)Best fantasy book
Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier

This was also one of those books that I didn't even think I would enjoy, but since it was an arc I kind of
had to read it, and I'm glad I had to because this book is truly hilarious! I love it to bits, it's so funny
and the story is truly magnificent. If you need a feel good book this is the book, like I said before, I
loved it <3

Lola and the Boy Next Door (Anna and the French Kiss, #2)Favorite contemporary book
Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins

The reason why I love this book so much is because of the characters. Lola is so
much like me only
better, everything I do she does better etc. she is such a unique girl and doesn't care
 what anyone
really thinks of her outer appearance, and I love it! The whole plot is just sunny
California, it's a sweet
and easy book but it will still leave a mark on you.
