I remember when I started going to the gym, I pushed 30kg, and now I have doubled that amount which Im super glad over. I tried 70 but my body is to light weighted, I end up pushing myself up and not the kilos down :')

How to Ruin Your Boyfriend's Reputation (How to Ruin, #3)
while that might have been the Avi I pictured in my head
the girl on the pic looked nothing like Amy in my head.
where r the big boobs?!
By Simone Elkeles

Paperback257 pages
Published November 8th 2009 by Flux

Amy Nelson-Barak, 17, is back in this third installment about a Jewish-American teen learning how to live and love in peace. She signs up for 10 days of training with the Israel Defense Force as soon as she finds out that her long-distance boyfriend, Avi, will be on base as well. But things turn out to be different from what she'd hoped for. She sleeps in a bunk bed underneath coils that look ready to give way, she's being worked to the bone, and the bathrooms are hardly up to her standards. Worst of all, Avi doesn't seem remotely thrilled that she's there. Is something going on between him and a fellow soldier? Strong, beautiful, and able to be with Avi all the time, Liron is everything Amy wants to be

i could tell this book was really personal to Simone Elkeles, the way Judaism was described, and how into it Amy was.
I think they rushed the whole Israel/Judaism on her, and when she talked/thought about those stuff it was like i saw a different person in front of me. I thought. Amy was a strong woman, who would never accept the divide between men and women, that she would question everything and she did, except when it came to her religious beliefs.

I liked that she grew as a person during the book, and when you compare to the Amy in book one and book three you see that Israel has helped her understand who she was.

the country is in a warzone, and I don't know, but shouldn't that have been more clear?

I liked this book overall, it was a light book, nice writing, as usual when it comes to Elkeles, but maybe YA chic lit's aren't my type..

I give this one a 3/5

personally I like colors as much as black and white. I can't wait to be able to wear skirts!
I would describe my personal style as sweet chic with an edge, not too girly, sometimes it's so ugly it's beautiful. i know, Im awesome.

reduce your sweet craving!

I found these amazing tips at idawarg.chic.se it's a swedish blog and I wanted to share them with you!

I have always had that weak spot for sweet things, especially chocolate. and I couldn't stop, I used to eat at least 100g of chocolate a day, and not the healthy kind.

breaking that pattern have been really hard, I started to make progress after my third try, and after a while I could stand the sight of chocolate without feeling the need to eat it.

But during the easter break I have sort of taken one step back. I eat more sweet's now, not like I did before, but still more than I did when I was "healthy" and every time i open the fridge and see a chocolate bar a civil war in my body takes place. I found these tips and I am ready to try them, I don't wan't to fall back!

- Exclude anything that contains sugar and even sweeteners.

- Eat plenty of protein in the form of meat, fish, poultry and eggs.

- Eat plenty of vegetables to your meals.

- Cut down on starchy foods such as pasta, bread, potatoes, rice as it triggers your desire for more.

- Dairy products contain some milk sugar as some are sensitive to. Therefore, eat dairy products in moderation.

- Eat berries rather than fruit.

- Drink coffee or tea without sugar and without any milk.

- Eat regularly to keep blood sugar at a steady level.

- When you feel the craving eat real food instead

- A glass of lemon juice + water or apple cider vinegar + water can reduce gotta have something sweet.

- Sleep regularly.

Mila 2.0 ( #1 MILA 2.0) REVIEW

first of, im writing this from my computer, a week later and we r reunited!!

Mila 2.0 (MILA 2.0, #1)
love the cover!

By Debra Driza

What do you do when everything you believed in, everything you literary thought you were turns out to be a lie? That’s what happens to Mila, who discovers she is not a human. Not even close. She is an android, built in a lab, to fight for the army’s sake.

What do you do when your world falls apart and a group that wants to kidnap you and sell you and the people who created you are hunting you down?
You run.

Being an author is about learning from your past mistakes, being ashamed of that first published book they wrote that only their family bought to be nice.

And then we have those who just nail it on the first try. That’s what Debra Driza did. This is by far one of the greatest debut’s I have ever read.

The thing I liked with this book was that I knew that she had put her heart in every chapter. Almost every chapter was artwork.

Debra didn't introduce us to a lot of characters, but the characters that was there was character’s she had put together with care; they weren’t character’s I forgot about, every character made an impression.
I give this book a strong four out of five.
