How well do you know your favorite book: Take a Quiz

Is this you at the moment? Let me make your day/night better then!

I'm going to die any second now of exhaustion, I've had a PE day today, no classes, only sweat...
BUT I'm not allowed to sleep yet because we have guests over. My life literary suck at the moment.
So what do I do to keep myself awake you might ask yourself? I take quizzes on Goodreads.

Man, I love Goodreads, I don't know what my life would be like without Goodreads. And to be honest I was surprisingly bad at it, I got some shamefully low points that I'm to embarrassed about to share.

Fallen Too Far (Too Far Trilogy #1) REVIEW

My Blaire
My Rush

When I say "mine" I mean head vision

She is only nineteen.

She is his new stepfather’s daughter.

But for twenty-four year old Rush Finlay, she is the only thing that has ever been off limits. His famous father’s guilt money, his mother’s desperation to win his love, and his charm are the three reasons he has never been told no.

Blaire Wynn left her small farmhouse in Alabama, after her mother passed away, to move in with her father and his new wife in their sprawling beach house along the Florida gulf coast. Then there is her sexy stepbrother who her father leaves her with for the summer while he runs off to Paris with his wife. Rush is as spoiled as he is gorgeous. He is also getting under her skin. She knows he is anything but good for her and that he’ll never be faithful to anyone. He is jaded and has secrets Blaire knows she may never uncover but even knowing all of that…
Blaire just may have fallen too far.

I have no idea how to rate this one. Like not at all. Hopefully I will know how many stars I should give this book when I'm done ranting. Let's begin.

The thing that annoyed me the most was the beginning.
A lot of YA/NA guys/men have a hard and raw personality and a soft and mushy inside, It's a cliche thing really, you can read about it everywhere, and I admit that yes, it does become quite predictable. It's like the authors don't know what other way they should write in. Anyway, the thing with Rush, the Male character in this book was that he was a real DOUCHE-BAG in the first scene!

He was this all time player and then all of a sudden he was like oh no your too good for me and I'm like what? Are you kidding me on some level like seriously? And to be honest I don't even understand why she wanted someone like him. They didn't really spend time with each other like people who likes each-other do,  so beside the fact that they were both hot, I don't know why they were attracted to another.

B U T
The book got better, Abbi Glines irritated me occasionally but there were parts that I enjoyed, and that ending was a really unexpected, It was a brave ending indeed, a cliffhanger of a sort that makes you wan't to read the second one right away, but I really don't know... This is the third book I've ever read written by Abbi Glines, Existence and the Vincent Boys are the two books I've read by her before but the question Im asking myself is, Should I bother reading the second one in this trilogy?

New Design, Autumn fashion, doctor meeting, and a little message to my English teacher.

LOOK AT THAT NEW DESIGN!

I really really like it, the blog seems so much more ALIVE now with personal pictures and everything, and I have to thank the photographer and blog designer, Elvira Gidlund for that. This is her true passion and to me working with people that loves what they are doing makes the whole work much more fun. We came along really well and worked great as a team, so THANK YOU!

I had an appointment at the hospital today, It was a routine check, had to check my heart, I was born with not the greatest heart, some say that's why I have such a cold heart. I tell them to go to hell. Anyway, my heart looked good, I have a small leak but nothing that has to be fixed, so yay, no operation.

I found out today that my English teacher reads my blog. He said something like "nice pictures" and was referring to the behind the scene pictures. When I asked him if he reads my blog he said yes, like it was the most natural thing to do haha. So yeah, Hi Daniel! I really hope that you don't find my English too bad, I would indeed like to keep my A in English, If that's not too much to ask for :)

And a shout-out to Julia who have been updating my blog all weekend to see if the new design was up yet. That's what I call a dedicated reader (although she admits that she never read anything, only look at the pictures...)

Bullying Under Attack: True Stories Written by Teen Victims, Bullies & Bystanders REVIEW

Bullying Under Attack: True Stories Written by Teen Victims, Bullies & BystandersEdited by:

WORDS ARE POWERFUL- they can inflict damage and they can heal. In this anthology of first-person accounts written by teenagers for both their peers and adults, words transform pain into hope and the possibility for change.
"Bullying" "Under Attack "is an eye-opening anthology of all three players in the bullying cycle. These conversational essays on life as the bullied, the bully, and the bystander provide insight and inspiration for change. Rather than offer a cumbersome psychological breakdown, this graceful and hard-hitting book places the reader firmly in the shoes of all involved.

A YA book about bullying written by Young Adults who have been bullied/ are a bully / simply watching - a bystander.
This is their stories.
hear them Roar.

Reading these kids stories made me cry. For all of them. even the bully and the bystanders.
Before I continue I would like to thank Teen Ink for taking there time to do this. For travelling across America to get these stories.

These stories blew my mind. I admire these kids for sharing there stories. I admire their strenght, and more than anything I look up to them, because after all they have been through, they still have HOPE. And I think that's why these stories are being shared - to let others know that you are not alone.

Being bullied myself in middle school made this read harder. All my old memories resurfaced and I couldn't hold the feelings for myself inside any longer either. A lot of teens in this book like me experienced that the school turned a deaf ear. If they ignored it it might go away. Well think again, It won't. Ignorance have taken so many lives, and I refuse to sit back while it takes another.

I'f you are going through a hard time, talk to someone. anyone. email me, I'll always answer. Always be there for one another, and be kind. That goes for bullies and bystanders too. There is so much love in this world, we just gotta know where to look.

Teen ink have a website that I think all of you should visit, you can read stories, poems and look at pictures submitted by teens.
 teenink.com
this goes to every single one of you. Yes YOU.

Book Releases of the Month: September

I hate September. Actually I hate every month that comes after August and before April.
Why? Because it's so freaking COLD. I hate it ok, I wan't summer, I wan't to wear dresses and flip flops all day every day. Not a 2 kg jacket and long-stockings underneath my jeans. Ugh. And I hate September a bit more than other months because It's super cold but It doesn't snow. Either it's cold and snowy or warm and sunny. Oh we were supposed to talk about this months releases...

Cath’s sister has mostly grown away from fandom, but Cath can’t let go. She doesn’t want to.

Now that they’re going to college, Wren has told Cath she doesn’t want to...
