There’s something achingly familiar about Daniel Grigori.
Mysterious and aloof, he captures Luce Price’s attention from the moment she sees him on her first day at the Sword & Cross boarding school in sultry Savannah. He’s the one bright spot in a place where cell phones are forbidden, the other students are all screw-ups, and security cameras watch every move.
Even Daniel wants nothing to do with Luce – he goes out of his way to make that very clear. But she can’t let it go. Drawn to him like a moth to a flame, Luce has to find out what Daniel is so desperate to keep secret...even if it kills her.
This book is kind of strange. I don't even know if i like it or not! But what made me pick the book, was the cover. Totally love it!
Sometimes it felt like I had to force myself to continue reading and sometimes it was good.
To be honest , it wasn't good it was, okay. Nothing more than okay.
But I mean, I don't even remember what the book was about! And that's a sign of a bad book isn't it? A book that don't leave you affected in anyway. Just, disappears.
But if I remember correctly, it didn't happened very much. Practically nothing actually.
I read the first and the second book, and I don't feel the urge to continue.
Don't read this book. It's not readable.
