i love my books. and when they turn into movies i love them a bit more, how that is possible, i do not know. but at the same time i feel a bit sad. this means that when i see the movie i will no longer see my characters faces when i think about them, i will see the actors faces. and you know when you have discovered an über special and fantastic book and force all your friends to read, when THAT book is going to become a movie it's no longer that fantastic anymore. i mean, let's be honest, film fans are crazier than book fans. we are crazy, don't get me wrong, but we are just more.. secretive about it, and personally i think book fans have a stronger band than film fans. anyway, enough about my feelings, here are some great books which are going to turn into movies!
carie
"The original movie of Stephen King's debut novel, Carrie, came out in 1976 and is a classic. Carrie tells the story of a teenage girl with telekinetic powers who is an outcast with a deep need for revenge. The remake comes out in March 2013" never read the books, but after reading these lines im temped to do!
the host
"Twi-hards don't need to despair in 2013! There may not be another Twilight movie, but Stephenie Meyer's book, The Host, is being converted into a film that will be released in March 2013." im super excited for this movie to come out, i really loved the book, let's see if the movie is as good as the book!

The mortal instruments: city of Bones
When Clary Fray heads out for a night at Pandemonium Club in New York City, she never expected to witness a murder, even less so one committed by three teenagers sporting strange tattoos and weapons she's never seen before. But when she calls the Police and the body vanishes, she isn't sure whether she can trust what she saw. After her first encounter with a group she later learns are called Shadowhunters, Clary assumes she'll never see them again – that is until her mother suddenly disappears, and she needs answers, now.
words can't explain how excited i am for this movie to come out, but at the same time i hate them for making one of my favorite book series into movies, with the worst actors they could find
